Your Role

In your role as an inspector, you will participate in several projects simultaneously, such as new development projects and ongoing series projects. Within the organization, we use Office and currently have IFS as our business system. You will work closely with our planning, purchasing department, quality department, and our production engineers. As an inspector, you will have a wide variety of tasks including assembly, soldering, troubleshooting, inspection work, and final assembly.

You will be part of a team of about 10 people responsible for the quality of electronic devices. Performing complete delivery tests and various forms of testing at the device level is part of your daily routine.

The position is at our site in Huskvarna.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who takes a holistic perspective on the products, is solution-oriented, dares to make decisions, and above all contributes to a good atmosphere and team spirit in the group. You are meticulous, communicative, and pedagogical as the work involves collaboration with several functions within the company. The role requires you to be flexible, responsible, and structured with good planning skills. You are driven by working goal-oriented and independently.

We believe that you, as a candidate, have:

• Education at the high school level, preferably with a technical focus
• Knowledge of electronics
• Good skills in reading technical drawings
• Experience in soft soldering
• Experience in assembly

Knowledge of English is an advantage.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, there is a requirement for Swedish citizenship.
